How to set up multiple brands with 247 for fulfillment

If you have multiple brands, there are 2 ways this can be managed with 247.

Consolidated Approach

You can create 1 ShipHero account and connect all stores to the same account. We can then set automation rules to treat each brand differently if necessary (custom packaging, void fill etc.).

Benefits of Consolidated Approach:

  • All orders and products are visible in one account

  • All billing is accessible in one place

  • All shipment reports will be consolidated

  • All charges will be visible in one invoice

Things to Consider:

  • Billing will not be separated per brand with this setup

  • User Permissions do not block users from Brand A seeing Brand B information

Separate Approach

Create a separate account for each brand/store.

Benefits of Separate Approach:

  • All information is separated so it's easy to report on brands separately

  • Billing is completely separated for each brand

  • Split invoice of storage and shipping fees

Things to Consider:

  • Users cannot use the same email for multiple accounts

  • With user Permissions setup Brand A will only see Brand A, but not see Brand B information
