At 247 Fulfillment, we understand that issues can arise during shipping, whether it’s a damaged, lost, or mishandled package. To make things simple, we’ve built a clear claims process to help you resolve these situations quickly.

Filing a Claim

If you need to file a claim, your Account Manager will provide you with a Claims Form. Once completed, the form is automatically sent to our team, who will handle the filing with the carrier on your behalf.

Carrier Coverage

Coverage and reimbursement depend on the carrier:

  • UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx – Shipments automatically include $100 of insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased directly in our WMS if you’d like extra coverage.

  • UniUni, eMile, Fleet Optics, Intelcom, Cirro etc. – These carriers typically reimburse the Cost of Goods (COGs) plus the label cost.

Resolution & Reimbursement

Your Account Manager will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you once the claim has been resolved. If reimbursement is approved, they will also confirm the amount credited once we are reimbursed by the carrier.
