Inbound Receiving
Description | SLA Commitment |
Compliant Inbound Shipment | 3 business days |
Compliant Inbound Shipment — Onboarding | 5 business days |
Non-Compliant Inbound Shipment* | TBD upon inspection of inbound shipment |
Important Notes
The day of physical inventory arrival is considered Day Zero when calculating SLA commitments; the next business day is Day One.
Receiving of non-compliant inbound shipments cannot begin until an accurate a Purchase Order (PO) is created in our system by the merchant.
Onboarding refers to the first inbound shipment sent by a new merchant. An additional 2 business days are allotted for setup and familiarization with your catalog.
*Non-Compliant Inbound Shipment is defined as a shipment that does not meet our Receiving Guidelines. Lack of barcodes, absence of an accompanying Purchase Order etc. are all examples of things that would make an inbound shipment non-compliant.
Please note that Non-Compliant Shipments are subject to a $200 non-compliance fee and may incur additional time for receiving, sorting and put-away, as well as any VAS required.

*Exceeding Thresholds * | Exceeds normal scope | Evaluated case-by-case |
Threshold Triggers
Orders are considered beyond normal SLA scope if any of the following apply:
10,000 + total units (500 cases of 20 is still 10,000 units)
250 + carton labels required
1,000 + unit-level stickers / barcodes required
Example: An FBA order of 500 cases that require 1 FBA Label and 1 Transparency Sticker is 2 stickers / case, or 1000 stickers in total. This would exceed normal order thresholds.
If we do not communicate a need for extended processing time when these thresholds are met, standard SLAs will apply.
