To ensure your pickup order is processed correctly and prepared on time, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Create the Order
Create a new order as you normally would.
When entering the shipping address, use the following address:
130 Doughton Road
Concord, ON
L4K 1R3
Step 2: Set the Shipping Method
After the order has been created, update the shipping method to:
Generic Label → Generic Label
This ensures the order is treated as a pickup rather than a carrier shipment.
Step 3: Update Status to Wholesale
Update the fulfillment status to:
WHOLESALE
This ensures the order goes through our wholesale flow and not the regular pick and pack flow.
Step 3: Add a Warehouse Packer Note
In the Warehouse Packer Notes section, include a clear pickup instruction.
Example:
Client picking up Jan 5th @ 12:00 PM
Be as specific as possible with the pickup date and time.
Step 4: Provide 24-Hour Notice
All pickup orders must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
This allows our warehouse team sufficient time to prepare and stage the order.
Step 5: Notify the 247 Fulfillment Team
Once the order is created, email [email protected] with:
The order number
Confirmation that the order is set for pickup
The requested pickup date and time
This ensures our warehouse team is notified and the order is prepped ahead of arrival.
