Use the Dock Scheduler to book an inbound delivery to a 247 Fulfillment warehouse. Clients and freight companies can book without a 247 OS account.

Book a Delivery Appointment →

Before You Start

Have the client name, ASN/PO reference, carrier, contact email and shipment quantities ready. Add the BOL/PRO, trailer or container number, and supporting documents when available.

Client means the brand or business whose inventory 247 is receiving. Carrier means the freight company delivering it. Enter the booking contact under Your Details.

1. Enter Your Details and Choose a Warehouse

Enter your email, contact name and phone number. The confirmation goes to the email you enter. Choose the correct delivery warehouse and check its address before continuing.

Select Remember My Details if you want to reuse your information on this browser and device. Details save when you select Choose a Time.

2. Add Your Shipment Information

Enter the client, ASN/PO reference and carrier. Choose the correct load type, including whether a container is palletized or floor-loaded. Enter the pallet and carton quantities; the scheduler uses the load type and quantities to estimate dock time.

Add delivery references and handling notes. You can attach up to five PDF, JPG or PNG files, each up to 10 MB. Then select Choose a Time.

3. Choose an Available Date and Time

Load Type

Arrival Start Times

Floor-loaded containers

8–11 AM local time

All other loads

8 AM–3 PM local time

All times are local to the selected warehouse. Bookings are available Monday–Friday; weekends are closed. Applicable public holidays are also blocked for Ontario and British Columbia.

Only available appointments are shown. Availability also depends on dock capacity, unloading duration, warehouse hours and the booking lead time displayed on the page. If no times are available, choose another day.

4. Review and Confirm

Check the warehouse, date, start and end time, shipment details and email address. Read the arrival instructions, tick the confirmation checkbox and select Confirm Appointment.

Keep your confirmation and share the arrival details with your driver. Use Print / Save PDF to save a copy. Booking an appointment does not create or validate your ASN/PO in ShipHero.

Reschedule, Cancel or Add Documents

Use the appointment-management link provided with your booking to reschedule, cancel or upload supporting documents. Changes and cancellations must be made before the cutoff shown for that warehouse. If the cutoff has passed, contact admin@247fulfillment.co for assistance.

Treat the management link as private: anyone with it may be able to manage that appointment.

Using Saved Details Next Time

Enter the same email in the same browser and device, then select Use Saved Details. Saved information includes client, carrier, contact name, email, phone, warehouse and load type.

ASN/PO, BOL/PRO, trailer number, quantities, appointment date and time, notes and documents are not saved. Enter these for each delivery. You can remove the saved profile using Forget.
